Is the JakToMam test really a constellation?

I don’t know. Maybe.
It is the same mystery as constellations themselves.

As a projective test, JakToMam mathematically transforms — compresses — a multidimensional field of relationships between Concepts and Symbols into 2D or 3D graphs.

This is a flattening — a loss of dimensions, nuance, and aliveness.

That is why it is a map.

A map never corresponds to reality.
It is simplified to reveal what matters —
what you do not see:

• the river behind the forest
• the love behind pain or anger

JakToMam maps are hints —
a touch of magic (because what else is mathematics?) —
simplified canvases of the infinite fractal of reality.

The surface of paper cuts through space only in a narrow slice.
So do JakToMam maps — they intersect us only thinly.

Perhaps they capture the right cross-section.
Perhaps a place we are only now heading toward —
or one we have long since left behind.

All places are connected.
Only sometimes those connections run through dimensions we cannot see.

Do not look at the maps — look through them.

Let them open spaces within you
that you may have forgotten
or never knew could exist.

Living, real constellations are also such maps.

They point toward the unfolding of ourselves
in real life — often compressed by pain, fear, and burden
into fewer dimensions than we are able to live.

Other dimensions are other people.

If the map leads to people, it is right.

Do not let it mislead you — it is not the answer.

The answer is the people you find through it.
